I don't see how you can make the jump from the statement that they have seen efficacy yet in any manner, only that they expect to reach an efficacious dose sometime soon. I interpret it that they could possibly still be at 0 indications but expect to see such indications in the next cohort or two.

Hope your interpretation is better than mine.
