rj2 - The information you have squares with the details I have come across as well. QL is clearly moving toward standing up additional pellet lines and it makes sense they are looking to bring in more palm mills/plantations. All of this is the pattern QL identified late last year. My guess is a lot of movement on that front will be taking place in August to October time frame. This is due to the harvesting cycle and the length of time to order and stand up the equipment. Beginning in January/February any new equipment should be operational for the next year's harvest.

Thanks, RJ. QL is clearly putting the next stage of their palm/biomass plans in action, and their recent actions......gaining their UN CDM/hiring new biomass personnel.......tells me we will hear from them very soon.
