sanddollar, "technically", the SEC investigation of Loch Harris is still ongoing. Whether the SEC, the FBI and the DOJ still have things pending with the ex-company is uncertain. But capnwow's mention of a "Loch Harris litigation" and his eagerness to discuss with RA regarding issues that he (RA) may still hold against Loch Harris, the Boys, the attorneys and who knows who else, is an indication that something is still smoking. And they have a say that where there is smoke, there is fire.
Worth remembering how close mike was with the Boys (at least with Baker) to the point that Baker had his trust to ask him to investigate who this "lmorovan" is, even as of mid 2001. Not to forget the trust the Boys had with him as to invite him to be the trustee for the Loch shares in 2002, even after he (mike) blasted Baker publicly with his series of letters. The Boys would have not made that offer if they didn't trust him. And, coincidentally, mike becomes a plaintiff in the Class Action shortly thereafter, as if suggesting that the Boys needed a trustable person in the action, who would pull to their favor. Which eventually happened.
No wonder the Court has blocked each attempts to address and clarify the irregularities encountered during the evolution of the Derivative Action, the Class Action and the Settlement Agreement.
Ad to it the chronological strategy of mike's appearance on the boards at crucial times.
