When can a mining company use the word "reserves" in their PR?

Only when they are legally proven reserves. Which MDMN clearly does not have. They are not in compliance again. That which is not proven reserves is, by legal definition, a resource. And in this case, it would be a potential resource, which they are still using incorrectly. Visual surface observation is strictly prohibited in determination of resources or reserves.

Nothing about that statement is compliant with established industry practices. MDMN is full of BS as usual.
