Correct, the 2012 annual report and the Q1 2013 financials do not show or disclose an interest in DLR. However, I snapped this yesterday.

And while he's not required by the SEC to provide the information since the shares aren't registered, he is required by law to ensure that the information he DOES provide is accurate. Clearly what he's filed to date is not.

Correct on he must provide accurate information for investors to trade on, but math errors that don't affect decisions to buy or sell aren't considered as major infractions and are usually ignored. If, however, you feel the information on sales or profits are significantly overstated, report BW to the SEC along with your evidence.
