I'm told it is different issues. There are many issues with Treaty IMO. Just look at all the landowner issues with pollution. Texas judges IMO don't like out of state companies polluting the environment and landowner property. According to all the TRRC severance issues there may be many millions in damages not to mention the possibility of the Attorney General filing suit against Treaty for failure to abide by a master default order and failure to pay fines and plug wells when Treaty had almost two years of continual warnings. I wonder if and when Treaty files a 10Q or 10K they will mention any plans to pay all these fines that are over $100k alone. These don't appear toe to be frivolous in nature. I guess we will wait and see
