I think PR said how they plan to. I doubt they do anything other then lease them for now. Maybe with option to buy at some point. The point is they are looking to have facilites in different places to do business from. Its called planning to expand. What I see is a new business making plans to grow. For now not expecting much more. Eventually I want to see that growth but clearly this is just starting.
