Hello? Are you serious?

How many unprofitable, development companies with 200+ million shares have a $1 price per share. The company is closing in on 200 million shares without the warrants exercised.

A share price is determined by the profit per share. The more shares the lower the profit per share.

To make 1 cent per share, the company has to have $2 million profit.
To make 10 cents per share, the company has to have $20 million profit.

If their operating margins are really good at 50%, they need to have $40 million in sales.

can't see a buck without real sales news and the kits still have to be evaluated. Will be interesting to watch this play out. This is the only " big " stock I have that I am seriously upside down.

ZERO...have no idea how you arrive at a FORWARD SPLIT...from the 8k or eslewhere

As I recall, months ago company approved authority to do a REVERSE SPLIT...if the Board so decides.

THAT makes sense ...going from .10 to $1.00,(not .10 to .03.) for many reasons...

More sense would be organic growth or outright takeover offer for technology at Tens of Multiples once practical application is in the market.

ZERO..double checked...your DEAD WRONG..nowhere is there any evidence that the company will SPLIT the stock. Absolutely absurd.

You apparently are mixing up the concept of "Authorizing Additonal Share" FOR SALE...to accomidate Warrants or straight sale) with authorizing additional shares for Forward Split.

Foward Split is for the most part done when share price it TOO HIGH for market or wish to give shares as a dividend.

You are ASSUMING that "AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL SHARES" is in ANTICIPATION of forward split...total ILLOGICAL and BASELESS CONCLUSION.

What you might have done is created a buying opportunity with your mis-information...by causing some equally uninformed investors to sell...
