Well they obviously need to ask an engineer because when a company finds oil they drill more wells around it to raise the production. 1 well is not enough unless if it's a small company. PROOF: if you live in near any OIL fields you will see how many WELLS are located within a couple of hundred yards from one another.

If it's all that significant, why didn't EXXI just buy it to begin with?

EXXI took the good stuff, and left the crumbs to the piss-ant little companies like Montecito, Paxton, Virgin and Worthington to fight - and bankrupt themselves - over.
