Maybe TRC sees potential up side.
What strikes me as "goofy" is why just 4 million shares?
I don't get it - why do it??

Why would anyone sell their shares for 75 cents below market price?

So did a little digging on TRC and the "mini tender" thing.
They are a Canadian firm lead by a lawyer of sorts.
It looks like they tend to pray on faultering companies like AMD and the like.
They are a relatively small firm.
Might be a just PR stunt more than anything.
