If the plan from beginning to end was sell shares, AND he did not spend much on anything other then smoke and mirrors which are very cheap most penny scammer do well. I bet he made off with over a million in his pocket. He still has shares to make Beer money for a while on top of that. This is why 98% of pennies are scams,,, the business plan from the word go is to fool the street and take as much as they can in the few years they have control of the ticker.
