#6136 RE: d4diddy #6131

d4diddy, it would be very difficult to overstate my enthusiasm regarding the December 2005 ASHP event. The true question is.... when will the financial reports reflect the interest?

I do not know.

If a decision maker sees something NEW and decides this is needed at their hospital, do they return to update their budget with the new stuff, then get it approved/passed, and a purchase order then submitted to BAXA assuming they are in the U.S. or Canada? Does CDEX report when when a PO is received or when the accounts receivables are posted? How does the SEC's requirement for publishing material news fit in with the real business flow? Scarednomore is probably a FAR better resource for these questions. These are my questions. It really is WHEN, not IF d4diddy.

Even if the process is slow in every regard, I have every reason to believe the impact of the business interests I witnessed will be reflected in the 2nd or 3rd quarter at the latest. Ahh... but again, how does the material event requirement fit into this? Once again, scared surely has more experience and a better perspective. It is WHEN, not if.

ps - I really think you would have been interested to see the various devices demonstrated, and who was witnessing the demonstrations. For what it is worth to all, in my opinion it is a mistake to refer to "the ValiMed device" etc. There are MULTIPLE applications that interest folk in MULTIPLE areas.
