Very good points. I think the potential/risk ratio here is positive. Time will tell.

They might as well give people in the region shares to improve economic conditions overall (what operations manager has been working on outside of mining interest as we understand it; part of how me made connections for the recent deal); meaning, workers and nationals could benefit a lot if share price were to increase and they get shares at low price. Combine that with potential transfer when shorts covered (just guessing since details of deal not disclosed ??) then money made going p and down with future potential of operations to commence, etc.
