Bruce, take a look at CGHC......5.75 million float....setting on 200 ma....legit company....recently aquired Urgent care company that owns 7 urgent care centers....per filings, pps has to be $1 by September 2013 or company will owe preferred shares to urgent care ceo to equal $10 million value of aquisition
