Thanks kaualhl9 - I found the same in my google search. I emailed IMMB and was reassured to receive a prompt reply from the legal dept. responsible for filing the form inviting me to phone him at a pre-arranged time if I required more information. He was clearly happy to discuss the matter. This has made me feel more relaxed.
