I think it goes to say that any company should be hiring the best available talent that budget allows. To this date, fcpg has not IMO, and if they had done so, most likely could have avoided a number of previous issues. When an organizations leader expertise is surpassed by growth, time to take a step back, and surround yourself with those whom will make you look good. Learn to delegate and let those that understand business do their job.
And yes the Blackhawks will rise again!
