No No, you are totally misleading the fact. 0.001 is a discounted price. When YA Global received convertible shares at 0.001 from CIRC, the share price was 0.0020-0.0026 . Therefore, CIRC price will never drop any further.
YA Global Investment ltd. is not a dumb at all. They will never dilute their own shares at lower than 0.001.
By the fact, CIRC is now re-activated and redistributing Playboy Energy drinks in US. I checked Playboy Energy Drink from NRG which started launching PB EnergyDrink on June 01, 2013; and on very bottom of their PB energydrink, there was written as "DISTRIBUTION BY CIRTRAN CORP." frankly.
CIRC is now very busy again and will release and inform great news. Then PPS will pop up right away.
