All predicated on commercial oil being discovered. Was that 85% success rate based on seismic, commercial oil or hydrocarbons???

If commercial oil is found in large quantitites ( and that seems to be the inference) then 55% icluding repaynebt of investment in drilling seeems to be more lucrative.

Either way, at this time, I like em both.
