Money - How do we know you've seen it as well?

I think investors should make up their own mind and it appears most here will do that on their own. But I think it would be foolish to make a decision based on a message board post.

Money it actually does not look like or act like an "industrial area or complex" at all; no warehouses; no manufacturers or sweat shops or tractor trailor docks!? Just Newport Gateway Towers 298,673 SF of "office Buldings" built in 1987 on 5.90 Acres.
