Before you get too excited, look at the requirements to uplist with Nasdaq. Minimum bid price has to be $4, not 0.004 cents.

Market, if that is all the PR (if there is one) says it is non-news now and therefore F L U F F as we say. There needs to be a lot more in any PR to get this Vanguard Rocket off of the launch pad. You do remember how reliable the Vanguard Rocket was don't you?
