Why is the company wasting more money on things like legal counsel? Are they not capable of taking care of their business on their own? I don't like the fact that so many messages here are being deleted...

What are you trying to hide?

Somethings going on and I don't like it. Why are you defending the company?

sebass, that's what they all say, they are just buying time so the execs at terne can sell there option shares on the open market and watch the dillution cause sp to come tumbling down, that's what happens when the company has reporting issues, imo, don't worry sebass, there are a lot of companies out there selling the same types of products as terne, i recommend all newbies look for another company that does not have accounting issues with the sec.

Why do they want to sell the company? It just doesn't make sense that a company with such great projections, and such a great cash position, etc... would want to sell out.

I hadn't read your previous post, but this just adds more questions. Chase became CEO in 2004. Revenue recognition problem was from the latter part of 2004. If it was a period prior to Chase becoming CEO, it was only by a quarter and he should have been aware. Would they even have found the error if it wasn't for the sale?
