I am not going to bet the farm, but I have seen and read where they have the working capitol.

And looking at the charts, this will go up!

they were going gang busters while china was building for the Olympics. the world economy is currently slow but will pick back up.

so to keep gathering shares and collecting the huge till it does go up seems like a smart play to me.
