Yeah thats gotta be a no-brainer, This stuff is already exported by other outfits. IMX for one, I dont see issues with license, I think uplisting may take until feb or mar, you know they are going to kick it back because of the shares out there, then Frank can reduce it and re submit. before and i have no reason to doubt now. The timeline is set.
I agree that next week we get the export license.
Today has been a non-event day and as such not much going on though i am always amazed at this stock when its quiet it still trades millions of shares.
