We are rolling, slowly, Shirley(snort), we will get there. The Uplisting is just a matter of time, The Actsoft acquisition as far as Im concerned is a done deal,I do believe the agreement is Non-binding at least on HISCs side because they already got a ton of shares upon filing of the SB2 (Actsoft). The export license is going to happen although I do not belive it will affect the pps, The uplisting, The finalization of the acquisition will give us that push we have been waiting patiently for..Tex

What do you think an IPO of Actsoft would do?? Here is an established company with product and PROFITS,,,More than a nickel I bet...Tex.
