New proposal from Sen. Reed IS the one that BIG INSTITUTIONS want TO HEAR, IMO. THAT IS WHY 6 HEDGE FUNDS INVESTED BILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO GET FNMA AND ITS SIBLINGS SHARES.
