I believe, the shell will be claim free in which case, the shell can be bought out.
Total nonsense, the shell is dirty and will be revoked for failure to file. The BK judge has no power over the SEC once the BK is over. This company is gone forever, and why would anyone want to buy a shell with huge SEC fines and potential lawsuits
The motions are standard motions the courts make in order to settle and close the BK. The judge will discharge the BK and terminate the dirty shell and the SEC will revoke the stock
