We do not have any information on how the lawsuit has been received by the named defendants, the FHFA and its agents and the US Treasury and its agents and what reaction has occurred. Only news reports stating that the law suit has been filed and a bit about it.

There is no telling what will happen if DeMarco is replaced by Watts, if Watts makes it through the Senate confirmation hearings. There is the already established 4.5 years snail's pace of progress on GSE reform that has not changed. We might see some progress in 2014. Nothing on the horizon but public bluster and whispered secrets.
