I know they are not on the split's list. I thought we were just having a discussion.


However the top right hand corner says they are OTCQB. It must be wrong im sure.

But then according to the Grassroots report it also listed them as OTCQB and not Pink.

OTCQB list on OTCmarkets.com: When I opened this and saw they were not listed as OTC Pink in any catagory, I asked when they upgraded. I still cant find out when they upgraded to the QB bracket, yet everyone lists them as such. In the OTCQB directory you are absolutely right, i cant find PHOT on there. I say again when did they get upgraded? Is the directory wrong? What list can I find PHOT?

Are we going to get news of this upgrade? Where is the SEC filing?
