When you remove the talent of a player to execute



I find that an odd statement. Different venues should showcase different talents, not remove them.

Most athletes that I know well, and that does include golfers, relish challenges in competition, of whatever sort they might be.

Actually, I think this is one of the better venues.... The great equalizer if you will... Punishes bad shots and rewards good shots... Is that not the ultimate goal of a round of golf? Have more good shots than bad?

The course, luck and rub of the green are factors in every tournament.

Every one is playing the the same course, the same fairways, the same greens.

If it was totally random then how would you explain multiple US Open champions (of which there are many)?

These whiners need to suck it up and rise to the occasion...and I would bet that they will be back playing again next year...if they qualify...as opposed to boycotting the event because it's "unfair"...
