You are right, DIDDY.. you do need positive IDs.. to file suit for fraud.

Actually, WP filed TWO posts. In one, he at least hinted to BUCKWHEAT that he wished his help. I am going from memory here, since I do not have copies.

BUCKWHEAT seems to have then had some private communications with WP, although I cannot be certain of that either. BUCKY stopped posting soon thereafter.

But I do know that subsequently, TB got him a hate on for BUCKWHEAT, and made posts that said that BUCKY and STK were one and the same.

If you kept TBs last posts, from last year, i believe, you will see that.
