The reason not to do a reverse split until absolutely necessary is simply YA's return on assets. At these price levels, YA has less cash requirements to earn the same ROA as they did immediately after the last reverse split.

Very soon the shares supporting this ROA strategy will dry up and we will have a reverse split. It does not matter if "something is different" now, it does not matter if QR code are growing, and most certainly will have nothing to do with NeoMedia's finances.
