CEO's that acquire are also pro-active to be acquired for shareholdder value. Especially if respect in PPS is not validated. One way or another this won't stay @ these levels very long, imo.

.22 was just a beginning ironically not accurate since it didn't even incled the acquisition. I would asssume we get #s updates all around after a few more convertible puke up...

Just throwing things out there or do you know anything specific about a buyout.

I think he is foreshadowing an acquisition for FNMA and every house that gets purchased will come with a phototron.

Or are we just randomly talking about un-realistic news.

The forward Split is the opposite of what we want. we have roughly 531 mil shares outstanding and 430 mil shares float, I dont know what the A/S is but its probably 800 mil. why on earth would we want to increase the OS to 1 bil. So that the company can throw more deluted shares on the shareholders.

We want to see is a share buy back, to decrease the amount of shares float and increase what the company owns.

A reverse split would just decrease the amount of shares we own but keep the stock price the same, which will make it easier for the stock to go up, but we make less as it climbs.

forward split would increase the amount of shares we have but keep the stock price the same, which makes it harder for the pps to go up significantly, because there will be rush sells at the slightest increase in price.
