Yes, MJNA management lied and mislead investors. Not all of the time, just some of the time. I don't know if it was intentional, but they are responsible for telling the truth and not distorting it.

I have posted many of these lies. Here is a link to an instablog I wrote on this matter (not a published article, so don't worry about generating me a penny!). I shared a press release here a last week. You can refer to the message. It doesn't get more blatant that that! Many of the people who lost thousands of dollars on this pig were tricked in my opinion. If they did it intentionally, that would be criminal. I would hope that they weren't so greedy that they would purposefully lie.
