What will happen is the state of WY will terminate the dissolved empty asset FFGO corporation

Finally removing all traces of FFGO from the face of the earth

So between the time NMGL takes to file ( if they ever do file ) and the time they get around to making any moves, the state of WY will have acted and terminated the old expired dissolved FFGO corporation
