Can you please provide us with some PROOF on this? The terminology used was LICENSING not transfer of assets.

So, where did you get this info? I am certain Fidler didnt tell you this. So where did you hear that finra was blocking the transfer of assets to the BVI corp? If the transfer does not happen, there will be a massive class action suit against the company i assure you......Cohen is supposed to be a wallstreet wiz, so lets hope that we do in fact get the BVI shares as the company stated. And, lets hope that the surviving PROT entity gets it name changed to Stromacel and prospers as well.

Thank you for your email. At this time there is no new information on PROT and a spinoff. The spinoff was announced back in January, but then nothing came of the announcement.

The only recent activity DTC has for PROT, is a name change to STROMACEL INC." THE NEW CUSIP WILL BE CUSIP 863327102. That cusip is not active yet. This update was on 4/11/13.
