Here's my predictions, all IMO

1. TDEY is using all things media for creation of the app

2. TDEY downloaded the Scala application and is using there services to created 2D digital signage

3. TDEY will then convert the 2D digital signage to 3D and display it on their unique 3D display that they have developed

4. ProTek is funding Clark's company(s)

5. TDEY issued shares to PRPM (ProTek) in exchange for funding?

6. PRPM will collaborate with TDEY in order to deem success through getting a large return on their investments with TDEY

7. Who the hell knows!!

All of this is IMO from the limited DD that I've done.
