Economic collapse a few years ago, non paying customers and a lack of orders subsequent to those events....in a nutshell. Also due to lack of income they had to delist from Nasdaq to obtain financing quickly, so they could pay their creditors.
They had orders that were filled and never paid for. As a result the company ran into money problems. Now they are strictly C.O.D. So when an order ships its paid for up front. This is going to change the entire dynamics going forward-and yes, they do have a good product. As things continue to change globally the company will absolutely open up new revenue streams. But this is a stock that you need to just sit on for a while-its not going to happen overnight. BUT, it will happen...
