01:37 PM EDT, 06/14/2013 (MidnightTrader) -- Arena Pharmaceuticals (ARNA:$7.76,00$-0.58,00-6.95%) is down almost 5% and close to its lows for the session a day after Consumer Reports urged the public to "skip" the company's weight-loss pill.

The report, entitled "Weight-Loss Pill Belviq Is Now Available, But We Say Skip," said people who take the drug for a year can expect to lose just 3% to 3.7% of their weight and may gain the weight back.

It also pointed to numerous potential side-effects such as dizziness, headaches and fatigue.
