MoneyM8ker - I disagree and here is why...
There will definitely be a R/S here. However, the timing will be critical. They know they cannot do it now while the pps has a difficult time rising on good news and by the time the news is awesome enough to sustain a R/S, most of the longs will be long gone with their profits.
I don't think anyone disagrees that they need to change their name from Universal "BIOENERGY" as they are not a bioenergy company any more. Hope the new name is affiliated with the large Coal Deal that is coming down the pike.
There will be dilution and the Financials have stated this since before they increased the number of shares issued. However, the new 1.5bil holder is restricted from selling shares for 6mos to 1 year based on the reason for the transaction. If they are an affiliate, they have to hold for six months from the transaction date of April 10 and the number of shares they can sell per month is restricted in amount and dollar value. Got that one from Google.
I am holding this as other should and waiting to be rewarded for my patience. This company is increasing in value with each day that passes. Why give up your cheap shares and then try and buy in when it hits 1-7 dollars per share.
I believe I will not be sorry for hanging in there for the rewards.
