From what i understand NetCents is similar to PayPal. The Bitcoin community seems it would be very supportive of PayPal & Bitcoin integration, check this out:

So with NetCents being a similar service to PayPal i'd imagine the Bitcoin community would be supportive. In fact if NetCents did this it could make them more diverse than PayPal and lead to future shareholder wealth. And isn't that NetCents goal, to lead to future shareholder wealth? ;-)

And no im an not a NetCents shareholder. I am a shareholder in ONCI, it was based on previous filings and news from ONCI that i believe the merger is close to closing, and my opinion that they are #1 :-)
