Most Asian and emerging market funds charge a fee of 1% or so if you sell quickly. I am fortunate enough to have an emerging market fund (mostly Asia) among my 401k choices. I can trade it every day with no fees.

Vanguard has a Pacific Rim fund you can buy without any fees. But you must have the order in before 2 PM. And they allow only 2 such trades a year.
