Oh wow. This awful disease has been very prevalent in your life. That is truly brutal.
Did Gemzar work for either of them? My friend is very lucky in that the toxic cocktail he received after the Gemzar stopped working brought his tumor markers from 389 to 103. amazing really. He has been off the new cocktail for 11 months and his markers continue to drop. Now at 24.
He was given 3 months and has been sticking it out as stubbornly as possible. We had a friend in Paris diagnosed with the same thing and our beloved Bertrand was gone in 3 months. He had been very very overweight which does not help this disease one bit. My friend had lost over 80 lbs before he got sick. Actually a week after he met his goal. Ugh
I'm really sorry to hear that. :( Well, here's to hoping NVLX opens real and new doors for those afflicted, aside of the financial return potential for us. I'd be lying if I were to say I weren't here for the financial side, but I'm also hopeful this succeeds for all those those who could really use the potential hope it offers.
