They should only need the $5m to get them to a point where licensing revenue will take care of money concerns.

This is a pure licensing/database play...the applications are endless and the margins are very high.

Yesterday's news was a big step for this company. No longer are they (and the stock) under a black cloud of toxic financing. I would be very surprised if we didnt see new highs soon.
