that is exactly what it means and sometime very soon the sheeple that blindly jumped into the stock because of a pump email they received will do what sheeple do...sell at the bid
the last time this stock got pumped it went back into the low .002's pretty darn quickly and that time there was only about 7 million shares of volume to take it back down...this time the dumping was much heavier so the price will probably get there or lower
