Agreed. I pray for HARP 3.0 to roll out soon. Pray our politicians get there head out if there rear, see fnma and fmcc has excellent underwriting standard and open HARP 3.0 to all mortgages. People will save thousands a year, econony improves and fnma and fmcc grow bigger, bigger and bigger stock prices.
