I've been waiting for 7 bucks but of this actually goes down that c ship ends and fnma uplist bring on the 15 bucks plus.

The problem that concerns me is, if you read a few paragraphs higher in the document, it is clear that none of the $180 billion has been returned to the treasury through dividends. So, f&f still seem to owe all those billions, even after the bank of america settlement. I guess it would take a separate laws suit, other than the one mentioned to take care of those that were damaged in 2008, to apply funds from bank settlements as well as dividends towards the $180 billion. After all, the billions that the government are taking in dividends were bought by preferred shares acquired at fractions of a penny per share. That cannot be legal? GLTA.
