OOOOOOOOOOPS , maybe were on different pages concerning ONCI as I NEVER once mentioned what ONCI does in any of my posts "-)
I honestly have no clue what ONCI does nor did I ever look or have a reason to do so.
I KNOW some large players and some groups that have taken seats in ONCI and I do believe like MANY OTC tickers ,
ONCI WILL HAVE ITS DAYZZZ IN THE SUN "-)
