LLc'S are required to distribute all funds to directors/employees. The timing of completion of the M&A of TORQ will only provide 1 Quarter of Revenue that will be reported on the Annual Report due out the 15th of July that is the 4th Quarter of DUTV.....Ssooooo we shall see.
