Correction: fully-diluted, it is 22,500,000 shares of dilution because the half-warrant is another 7,500,000 shares PLUS these are flow-through shares so for all you U.S. investors that bought stock in the $.50 + ranges, understand that the new investors have a 100% write-off against taxable income on their nickel stock so they have a new cost around $.025 - that's two-and-a-half CENTS!!!

Stock's cheap. Time to average down, right?
