You dont want the EUROshare company to receive the Biotech assets of PROT...that means the value in PROT has been stripped out of the company...bad for holders of PROT...
FINRA has enjoined the company from the transfer and the company is appealing it to the SEC...hopefully the SEC support FINRA and will kill that deal with EURO company, because if it goes through any holders of PROT would be bag holders...
The longer the biotech assets remain with PROT.. the better a chance of positive test results and will remain a PROT asset ... once that happens while PROT is still the older of the IP...it will never leave PROT which is good for PROT and Euroshare will be worthless.
